Care and attention of the staff was excellent met our needs in fact ended up buying an extra new bed.

The friendliness of the store assistant, Jackie, made us want to come back and purchase the mattress. She wasn’t pushy and she spent time understanding our needs

Our assistant Jackie explained all about the different kind of mattresses and left us alone to sample them, returning to us every now and then to see if we needed any more assistance. We felt no pressure from her to buy mak8ng our experience in store a good one. Had she pressurised at all we would have left the store without buying.

Aya spent time with us showing us different mattresses, divans and headboards and allowed us to try the mattresses out. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all.

I was greeted upon arrival in the store and asked if I needed any help. I declined but started to browse, the staff left me for a few minutes before asking if I had any questions which were answered quickly and efficiently. I made my choice and the order was processed in a friendly and efficient manner. Very nice, helpful staff.

We had previously visited this store before with our daughter and her husband, the staff were very courteous and friendly and helped our new son in law & his new wife find the perfect bed to start their married life together. I was impressed with the knowledge and time that was taken by the staff member to help - even when they were back and forth between beds and deciding the style of pillow to have! It was because of that service that we decided to go back ourselves to find our perfect bed.

I was happy the level of service received by the manager and his staff. They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable about the products and very hospitable.

Within a Few minutes of walking in the shop I was offered help Kamran. I explained the type of mattress I wanted and I was taken to one that meet the criteria. I asked to see another one to have a compare. I brought the second one. I was told the care instructions and the guarantee. The finance was completed speedily and explained.

Lots of staff were readily available to assist us where needed. They all had a lot of knowledge about the products which helped us to decide on the right bed and mattress.
