Kamran was an excellent Customer assistant, he allowed me a suitable amount of time to browse before coming over to offer his expertise. He suggested 2 mattresses within my budget and was honest and open with which one I would go for. He was right of course. He again allowed me plenty of time to test them and relax. Once I had made my decision he proceeded with my order. Unfortunately, the frame I wanted would have taken too long to be delivered. But he was marvellous at finding an alternative. The ordering process was easy and he took plenty of time to check over everything. Kamran was a credit to the team in both his approach and knowledge. I look forward to my bed being delivered. I will seek him out if I need anything in the future. Thank you Kamran

George & ......... were very professional & caring He spent quality time explaining the availability, quality of the product, delivery, date & time cost& options. This was for my 95 year old mother. Because of their caring & sensitivity, I will be returning to buy a mattress for myself. We were even given a cup of beautiful coffee.

Assistant, Jacky, was very helpful without being at all pushy. We were encouraged to try as many beds as we liked without any time pressures.

The sales lady Jacqui was very knowledgeable about the mattress and pillows that we purchased. We left the store feeling very happy and are looking forward to out delivery.
