Were greeted straight away and shown what we were looking for and helped with choice

I went in with a good idea of what I wanted, however needed to test the mattresses to make a final decision. Staff were friendly (kamran), polite and both offered advice on selecting mattress as well as allow time to consult with partner without pressure etc. Would be more than happy to return in future.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about beds he was selling. In a friendly way.

The Attendant at the Chaul End Retail park in Luton who is called George did not come straight at me when I walk in which I respect instead he was not pushy in getting a purchase he built a rapor with me and mum which made me feel at ease which lead to my purchase it made a change which to me is a top form of customer service.

Customer service Basically went in to look at bed on Sunday all information given to ourselves was precise clear and accurate which enabled us to return to shop on Monday and purchase bed.
