Friendly and helpful staff and nice layout of products.

My wife and I visited your Luton store and were met by Jackie. She was the most helpful assistant ever and went through our requirements with a fine tooth comb. We changed our mind halfway through to upgrade to a new bed and a larger size mattress. We were not put under any pressure what-so-ever and Jackie advised and helped all the way. We completed our order and upon leaving my wife said that she had been the most friendly and helpful shop salesperson she had ever encountered. (my wife is not easily pleased!!) All in all a very pleasing way to spend money!!

It was a pleasure to shop in Dreams, everything about the experience was so good, it has been a long time to be treated so well. The staff were very courteous and let us wander around, I do hate being "jumped on" as soon as you set foot inside the door. nothing was too much trouble we were served by Jackie she was so helpful and knowledgeable I like that, being treated like human beings alot of other shops could take note, yes we will be back and I will tell all my friends, thank you so much it made our day !!

I had bought a bed from this store a year ago, the bed has now broken and is out of gaurentee by a month. The staff at the store remembered me from last year and helped me pick a new bed and could remember what I liked. They sympathised with me that I had lost out on over £300 and helped me in every way to pick my new bed. I am satisfied with my shopping experience with the staff.

Was explained about the colour coding in the store and was then left to have a look around without the assistant over my shoulder and free to try the mattresses in my own time

George was simply brilliant he listened to us and found us the correct products for what we needed. He was a pleasure to deal with and made it a lot easier placing an order. We only went to look :)

I paid two visits and on the first one the assistant (Jackie) spent a lot of time with me comparing various beds and eventually finding the best one for me. When I visited the second time the assistant (George) was very cheerful and helpful in completing the paperwork.
