The sales advisor jackie at the Luton branch was so helpful. we needed a new bed but had no idea what we wanted. She talked us through so many options of bed frames and spent ages with us choosing a mattress. She also did hassle us and let us take time to decide. She would let us lie on the mattress and leave us then come back after a while. She made us both a coffee which was lovely. once we had made the decision she processed the order very quickly explaining any finance options. She was a credit to the store as were all of the other staff

Jackie who helped us look for the type of bed we required was excellent not pushy, amazing product knowledge, great manner. Overall experience was so good

We were welcomed in the store by staff who explained the layout of the various beds/mattresses etc and details of the different types. There was no pressure put upon us and we were left to view the products at our leisure. This eventually led us to choose an Insignia Charnwood 3000 D Mattress which suited our needs. Special thanks to George and Jackie for their invaluable help.
