Very good assistant highly knowledgeable re the product. As we cannot receive delivery at this moment in time due to renovation work at home, but wanted to take advantage re the sale offers, we were delighted that the delivery date was able to be delayed for 3 months, of which Dreams , unlike some other retailer we contacted, were very willing to delay delivery to our requirement.. This is our second purchase from Dreams in 2 years and will definitely use again for any future requirements.

Didn't feel hassled at all by the staff, Nav dealt with me on my first visit and didn't hassle me just kept checking we were OK and showed me to the mattress i chose, he was then patient while i checked availability for the delivery, I went back the next day and Jackie processed my order in a speedy and efficient manor. Great item and friendly delivery guys

Good choice of mattresses. Nice airy showroom. Jackie was really pleasant and friendly also very helpful with good knowledge of product. Did not hassle me but she left me to decide for myself but she was there if I needed to clarify anything. Was offered a drink which was very welcome as it was a hot day. Enjoyed browsing on my own.

Extremely helpful. Bigger store. More choice. Good range. Quiet store so focus was on us as customers.

I specified what I needed and the assistants showed me several to choose from. All that I desired.

I was given time to look around without being jumped on as I walked in the door, Kamran came over just at the right time to help me make a decision his knowledge was excellent and after deciding on two mattresses was left to make my own decision, excellent service was even offered a drink . I have never felt so comfortable in deciding on a purchase. When I finally chose which one I wanted Kamran was there to take my order, again I was not rushed when trying to decide on a delivery date, even George was trying to help, also saying that if the date is not convenient it can be changed, will be back as looking for a bed for my son, Your guys in the Luton branch are a credit to the company they are amazing, thank you very much

The staff that assisted us during our visit and subsequent purchase were very helpful, with a good knowledge of your products andv customer requirements.
