Very good customer service.

When we arrived in the store, we didnt know which mattress to buy, or that we was going to buy one, It was an amazing experience from start to bottom, the store assistant was so knowledgefull and understood our needs. we didnt know it was important to choose a mattress based on which side you sleep and how firm it should be. we ended up going for the memory foam, and the reasons for and against were given to us. overall we would like to thank the store assistant in luton - Kamran, which went out of his way to help us buy the bed and mattress to finally wake up without an ache. Also the fact that Dreams makes it much more affordable for everyone with the intrest free finance is a very good option indeed. Many Thanks

Knowledge and understanding off staff (George) was excellent.

Knowledge and mannerism of staff allowed me to feel a very valued customer and comfortable with the final purchase. Staff went the extra mile to ensure to provide options to fit my requirements and budget. Final product delivered was delivered on time and appears very good quality. Hope products last long term like my previous Dreams purchases.

When we entered the store Naveed made eye contact and gave us a nod but then left us to browse the store with no pressure, which I liked. He gave us about 20 minutes before approaching us, by which time my son had chosen the bed he wanted. Naveed was very friendly and explained the various options for sizes, again without pressure to 'upsale' to a higher spec model or different size. The ordering process was very easy and again, Naveed was very friendly and knowledgeable. We left the store very happy with the service we had received.

The sales assistant Nada was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which made picking my new mattress very simple. Large store with lots of options to test.

Nada was very knowledgable regarding the products and made sure we tried all the beds before confirming with us which we wanted. we were offered drinks and made to feel very welcome yet not pushed into buying something

Aya was very helpful, giving me advise on the various choices of mattress, headboard, base, fabric and colour, and then giving me time to think about what I liked/wanted. He did not pressurise me into making a decision. I wish all sales people were as pleasant as him.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Great customer service from Aya in Hatters Way Retail Park. He allowed me to take my time, no pressure and gave me options from highest price downwards until I found something suitable for me.
