The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and took time to listen to our requirements before making suggestions. meaning the suggestions made were informed and within our criteria.

My pet hate is pushy salespeople thankfully at the store in Luton the salespeople were not in the least bit pushy but were available and ready to help as soon as I needed them. George was such a happy chappy very friendly indeed and Aya was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me choose the correct mattress for my needs. The cappuccino was well received too. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone thinking of purchasing a new bed - extremely good value for money - I am looking forward to a long awaited good nights sleep when my new bed arrives.

I was served by a lovely gentle by the name of Aya. he is a credit to your organisation. Its been a very hot day today and the first thing he offered me was a cup of tea or a glass of water which I appreciated. He was very attentive and advised me satisfactorily

Sales person Kamran was very knowledgeable throughout all our questions, he went above and beyond our expectations and made sure we are fully satisfied with the beds and mattress. He even ensured us about the reliability of the mattress just very good customer service, i hope some sort or recognition can happen for this store in luton and for Kamran who served us with such high standards something i would compare to the store within Harrods. This was my second time i went back after previously already placing an order.thank you so much for the assistenance.

The manager and all the member of staff were quick to recognise I and my family as we have shopped here before. They were friendly They understood our need and gave good suggestions and product care advice They were good to the kids as well

My partner and I was greeted by Nada with a great smile on her face whom seemed happy to help us choosing a mattress. (shows that she is happy working there) We were each offered a pillow that we liked to take round with us as we tried the beds out. Nada asked about all our needs, sleeping positions and advised us on how to get the right mattress for a our sleeping positions, which was excellent, she displayed a wide knowledge of the products she showed us and offered us a cup of coffee as we went round. I guess that was so we wouldn't fall asleep while trying the comfortable beds :-) Even the store manager expressed an interest in helping us decide an he was brilliant. Overall a great visit compared to other Bed stores we tried, thanks for making us feel special.

The representative spent time explaining the differences between the mattresses, very knowledgable, allowed time for testing

from the moment my wife and child entered the store, the two attendants in the store displayed remarkable customer care through their smiling and welcoming faces. We were offered drinks which obviously we did not oblige to, however, that was remarkable. Their product knowledge was verse, there were no jargon in their sales pitch, although a little bit pushee in approach but that is what is expected from a sales person, no offence taken. We left the store on a very satisfied mood and the friendliness still impresses to date

Overall it was a very nice experience. we were welcomed heartily and the staff gave me time to look around and when he came to help, he asked me questions that really narrowed down what i really wanted in my mind. He was very friendly, showed me and my kids around and really allowed me to make up my mind and help me with detailed knowledge about the beds. It was nice to be let to test the beds and the mattress without any pressure and taking as much time as i needed. The guy who helped me told me he was pretty new to the job but it was amazing his level of customer service and also how the rest of the team rallied to help him help me and check out his transactions. I felt they were helpful to him without over stepping the mark. It felt like a nice team all together. Also they were all so good to my children and let them count all the beds in the showroom :) Overall i am very satisfied with my experience and would most definitely visit again.
