It was just a very good and easy experience. It is unusual these days to get retail staff who know what they are talking about - clearly this lady knew her stuff.

The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable

The service we got from Naveed was of extremely high standard. He took our needs into consideration and gave us appropriate advice and service. he was thoroughly professional and gave us plenty of space and privacy when we needed to have private conversations. Overall a great experience.

The assistant Jackie at the Luton Brank of Dreams was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the bed and mattress that I purchased. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a product from Dreams. She paid attention to all my questions and concerns and was able to give invaluable advice about the product I had bought. She had a very nice personality too!

Advised that bed we were originally looking at would not fit and shown which beds would be suitable. Was given honest advice by Jackie (hope I remembered her name correctly). Was not expecting such a friendly experience.

The store manager (I think) greeted us straight away and even made us a cup of tea as we looked at various beds. He immediately passed us to his colleague Jackie who could not have been more helpful throughout. She made sure we had the correct pillows to test each bed and had an excellent knowledge of the products available and what she felt would suit us given our description. We were impressed throughout.

This is the third bed that we have bought from Dreams
