Good range of products, good quality of bed frames and mattresses on offer, friendly and helpful staff

As soon as we stepped in we were greeted by few members of staff. George and Kamran were brilliant. We were offered a coffee and made feel comfortable straight away. It's nice to see people enjoy their job. I think as well the 0 Apr finance deal you had for the bank holiday was great.

Service excellent, were there to greet us as came through door & stayed with us all time. Being disabled was excellent as Dominic went & found items & prices & brought to us rather than trying to wander around store.

We absolutely loved our experience at Dreams - we spent a few days back and forth between here and another big retailer and found we had a better overall service with Dreams. Our customer service was amazing - Naveed ensured that we were happy with everything and was completely honest, not pushy like usual salesman and even offered handy advice such as picking a pillow to try out for our new mattress which made the world of difference in deciding. He was extremely knowledgable and definitely made us feel secure in ordering. Thank you :)

They are very helpful and quick service

THE SHOP ASSISTANT KAMRAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE GAVE US DIFFERENT OPTIONS ON TYPES OF BEDS AND MATTRESS. HE WAS NOT OVER POWERING AND LEFT US ALONE TO DECIDE AND THEN CAME BACK TO US WHEN WE WERE READY. WE HAD VISITED THE SHOP COUPLE OF WEEKS BACK AND THE SERVICE GIVEN AT THE TIME WAS VERY POOR AND NO ASSISTANCE GIVEN. WE WENT AWAY. THIS TIME WE WERE APPROACHED BY KAMRAN AND THE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY GIVEN WAS SUPERB.

Staff nice and helpful as well as efficient. Have been assisted by Jackie and she guided us through our surch for a mattress and helped us find the right one at a very good price with a good deal. She also had a lovely smile and friendly attitude. Most of all happy with our purchase 🙂

The sales colleague was very product knowledgeable, I was offered a drink, once we had decided on what products we were purchasing, while the order was being processed. And I was offered the inshore promotions whilst we were chatting. I got the products I wanted, at the prices I wanted to pay & delivered when I wanted them. Five stars all round.
