This was a return visit and we were very well looked after the store manager George, was extremely helpful and was dilligent.

The staff were extremely helpful when helping me choose the mattress and base that I needed. They spent time listening to what I wanted and Aya sorry if spelt wrong was very knowledgeable. But over all this I was impressed that I had to wait a short while to be served because even tho they were serving other people they never rushed them out the shop because they had people waiting proving every sale us important to them

Naveed was very helpful in helping us choose our mattress. His advice & product knowledge is very good.

The sales person Aya was always very helpful, polite and informative whenever I came to the store, it’s due to his excellent customer service that I have now returned and purchased beds on a few occasions from Dreams.

Although Jackie was there to help us, she also gave us time to test and discuss the product between ourselves. I am not a fan of high pressure selling practices and she provided the exact amount of information and support without "crowding" us.

Was greeted by a salesperson and was shown what the colours represented regarding products. We was allowed to look at various beds and mattresses with out any hassle, any questions we had were answered .

Naveed was very helpful, he wasn’t pushy or over friendly. He was efficient and advised us.
