Aya from Luton branch was extremely helpful, positive and informative. He did not make us feel rushed, made polite and relevant conversation. Even knowing other customers had come in to see him he made sure that he covered all of our questions even checking to see if one item we wanted was in the stores room. Very professional!!

The things I was most impressed with is the customer service I have received. Your staff name 'Aya' is really aproachable, friendly and knows what his talking about. He gave up his time to measure the house anf offered great tea. He is a real asset to the team.

We were approached by Jackie.she made us feel very welcome. Spent lots of time explaining each mattress. And we tried loads. Jackie was very informative and her knowledge was first class.we ended up ordering a mattress, headboard and pillows... We had no intentions of buying originally, just window shopping.... Fantastic service by jackie....I now have a new mattress earlier than expected. Well done DREAMS.....
