Friendly staff. Jackie was very knowledgable and although we didn’t get what we first went into the store for we found 3 beds we really loved.

We have not bought a bed for many years so really did not know where to start. We started with the sleepmatch bed, which was amazing and would highly recommend to family and friends as this contributed to the ease of choosing a bed. We had a gentleman called Aya as our sleep expert, & together with the results of the sleepmatch bed we were able to confidently make a purchase we were happy with. We told Aya what we wanted, and he was able to guide us through the products professionally, politely and was very knowledgeable about all the products. Aya was able to answer all our questions in a polite and friendly manner. We have made purchases from Dreams in the past but this occasion shone above all others. George the store manager introduced himself and offered us refreshments. George was able to honour an up-and-coming deal which helped us financially by giving us a small discount. Both Aya and George always conversed in a polite & courteous manner giving a very high standard of customer service.

Wasnt sure what type of mattress but Sofi was very helpful and we tried the in store mattress machine,tried a few beds recommended by sofi very pleased with service

Both the store manager (George) and especially the sales assistant that dealt with our enquiry and sale (Sufiya) were extremely helpful. They understood our requirements and offered different options and choices until we settled on the best solution for our new base, mattress & headboard. Both were polite, friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this store for their great customer service. Our new bed is due to be delivered on 30th November. I hope we are just as happy with our purchase as we are with the customer service we received.

We needed a new bed for my elderly grandmother and was served by Jackie. I cannot praise Jackie enough for her time, effort and product knowledge in helping my grandmother choose the right bed for her. Nothing was too much to ask for and she made up feel very welcome and pleased with our choice in the end. Jackie went out of her way to allow my grandmother to tray a range of mattresses on varying heights of bed frames to understand exactly how high the bed needed to be for accessibility needs. Very high customer service and we left very satisfied with our purchase and the warranty product we took out alongside it.
