The assistant's name was Kamran and from the moment we walked into the shop until the time we left he was outstanding. He talked us through what we needed explained the difference between various products. He is a real asset to the company

Staff honest, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about products and listened to my needs.

The manager understood what I wanted and delivered what I wanted effortlessly making the whole process easy

We were served by Naveed. He welcomed us as we entered the strore and offered help but was not pushy at all. We wanted to browse so he understood to stand back and let us do our think. He even offered us a drink while we looked which was a classy touch!! Shortly after we arrived my step son and his girlfriend entered the store. Naveed couldn't have known we were together as they didn't come straight over to us, but he still greeted them in the same friendly and respectful way which is very refreshing these days. Once we required help Naveed was on hand to support but again was helpful but never pushy. He helped us with all the options for chooing the bed and mattress and nothing was too much trouble. This was extreamly high customer service and as a customer service manager I should know!! Naveed is a true asset to your company, please pass on our gratitude.

A good selection of beds and mattresses all clearly labelled and colour coded. The service and knowledge of the Sales Representative, Kamram was second to none. Kamram gave excellent advice, he was very helpful without being pushy, giving us private time to make our minds up. First class service, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having been approached when first entering the store and offered tea or coffee my friend and I declined as we browsed. As soon as we were interested in an item it didn't take long for staff to notice and come to our assistance (George was most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful). It took a while to process our order but this was simply to do with the flow of customers. Kam was very efficient but unfortunately not always as clear with the pricing as one would like but dealt with questions well. All things considered we left the store content that we had made the right choice and very happy with the way we were treated, Thanks again George.

I found staff extremely helpful they explained all item and found the one best sutes for me. They helped me find a good quality mattress within my price range. Staff were extremely friendly and made my experience and seams a good one.

Firstly salesman Aya approached me in a friendly manner no pressure to sell and friendly question to call if I needed help upon this I began to ask for advice and question certain things I required and information on details of which he had all the answers too offering me cheaper options which I liked rather than pushing me to my then purchase more exspensive and on being happy I continued to purchase my mattress and I also went on to purchase some pillows too !
