Jackie,who helped assist us was extremely professional, had great product knowledge about the mattress we purchased and didn’t overwhelm us in any way. She also offered us a drink and gave us enough time to decide on the right mattress for us.

I wasn't jumped on as soon as i entered the store but left to browse at my own pace. The staff were friendly and approachable when spoken to. I was debating between 2 different mattresses of a significant different price range. I didnt feel pressured by staff into buying the more expensive but given suitable guidance and information about both products to let me choose. Nada was police and friendly and giving me pointers to look for whilst i was comparing and trying the different mattresses. She let me make my decision without influencing me towards the more expensive product (which i chose in the end)

Mr Aya was very good with his customer and I am so pleased that he assisted me to choose a good product which is meet my needs.
