The advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered a drink a couple of times and treated with respect. I had the opportunity to have a good look around and to be able to ask questions, all of which were answered to my satisfaction. I was very happy upon leaving the store knowing that I had found what I needed.

We were greeted and allowed to browse without interference. Jackie was available to help when we had questions which she answered and then took our order.

It’s always overwhelming going into a store not really knowing what you’re looking for, but when Nada approaches us and spent a good hour helping us find a mattress to meet our needs it made us feel great ease. Her knowledge was excellent and without her we probably would have walked away empty handed, instead we walked away with a mattress AND bed frame! Excellent customers service skills and super friendly! The free latte was also an extra bonus!!

The lady who helped us was very honest and not a pushy sales person. She listened to my needs and met them without trying to sell me something more expensive. I am not a new customer and have returned due to the service and quality of bed I have previously experienced. We were served relatively quickly and everything ran smoothly and we left feeling very satisfied. I have delayed delivery until the week before Christmas as I am decorating my teenage sons bedroom for his Christmas present /surprise, so I just hope the delivery and quality of bed is as satisfying as the placing the order.
