Dreams - Luton

B355 was friendly and discreet....he allowed me space to look at my leisure and happily became available when I needed advice. He talked me through my purchase and delivery in a professional mannerand tried to accomadate my needs ...i left feeling hopeful that I had found a bed I will be happy with.

Kamaron was incredibly helpful, knowledgable & friendly from the moment we walked into the store.

The customer assistant was very professional and greeted us as soon as we entered the shop. He smiled and asked us if he could help us. He proceeded to show us the bed we were interested in and answered all the questions we had. Eventually, we were able to place an order. We couldn’t have done this without his efficient support. He offered us a beverage and even laughted at my mum’s jokes. Overall, Kamran was very professional and knew the products and made us feel valuable as customers.

George and Nav helped me in the store. They were both extremely helpful and answered all of my questions I had (I had many!) They helped me make a good decision and it was a really easy relaxed process! Couldn’t rate them higher they were both absolutely lovely!

Both collegues were very helpful, not pushypushy sales either (spot on!). made me feel at ease and let me do what i like and not push me.

From the moment I entered the store there was someone there to assist me. My questions were answered clearly, and advice was given with regard to the product I was looking for, I'm glad I went to Dreams.

Kamran was very knowledgable and helpful, and after asking me what I was looking for, showed me the perfect bed, and helped me choose the perfect mattress. Very pleased with my visit to Dreams Luton.

When we entered the Luton store we were offered assistance immediately by Kamran, we said we were just looking and he respected our space. After just a few minutes, I felt that we needed some help and Kamran was ready to answer all our questions. We were offered a selection of pillows so that it was a better match to the ones we use at home and I felt it was a nice touch, also we were offered tea or coffee while we were looking. I found Kamran really approachable and extremely helpful throughout our visit.

Jackie the assistant who helped us an answered our questions was cheerful and very knowlegible. A pleasant experience.
