Firstly, Nada in the Luton store assisted me that day, and I loved the fact that she was not pushy, she simply passed by, asked if I was ok, and we took it from there. We assessed what kind of bed I needed on that awesome sleep match machine you’ve got, we discussed my budget, and she showed me great mattresses that fitted that budget. In addition, she knew exactly where she was going in the store! I was really impressed how she knew where everything was, she knew the spec of all the mattresses I tested, and whenever I had a question, she had the answer right there. I felt like I was in good hands with Nada, and she was a really friendly person. I did not feel any pressure to buy, and none of the staff were ‘in my face.’ The atmosphere was great, expertise was brilliant, and myself, Nada and Jackie, another Dreams employee, had great banter throughout the sales process. Highly recommend Dreams, and glad I decided to pop in!

I was very impressed by the customer service I received from the staff at Dreams Luton branch. Nada was approachable and friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. She helped me use the Advanced mattress technology to find out which type of mattress is best for me.

The staff was very frendly and helpful they showed everything whath we wanted.

The sales Consultant Naveed gave me all the time and information needed to make my choice. Wasn't rushed or pushed into anything. Even made me select a pillow to get a better feel for the matters.

Upon entering the store we were not bombarded with " can I help" , we were left looking around and when we asked for help Naveed was there. Every question we asked Naveed he new the answer and if we were unsure he went into more depth about the mattress in question. We were made to feel very relaxed, offered a cup of tea / coffee which we accepted, while the paperwork was being completed. Buying a mattress for this sum of money is very worrying because you want to get it right.These worry's were put to rest buy Naveed and George the store manager.
