Greeted and offered a drink as we entered the store. Referred to a sales assistant who took us to the bed we had previously looked at. Confirmed the price and offered advice on a headboard. Went to the sales desk and completed the paperwork in minutes. From start to stop 15 minutes in the store first rate.

Dreams has big choice of beds and mattresses. You can find the perfect one very easily. The staff were very helpful,not at all pushy. Explained everything in detail. We were very impressed with the service and 10% discount.
