The staff were so lovely. Even though we was in there trying to find a nice bed we was also having a laugh with the staff to. Was a very nice experience!

We were acknowledged and asked if we needed assistance, were given advise and encouraged to try the different mattresses to find which one we felt was best for us. There was no pushy sales tactics and once we had made our choice the order was put through quickly wit h a delivery date to suit us.

Excellent service and attention from Dreams Salesman. Good quality product, very well explained and introduced.

The customer representative was very helpful. She took her time to understand our requirements and provided use with varying options. Also, suggested products of high quality within budget; she ensured we got the good value for our money as well as little incentives.

Nav was very friendly and we didn’t feel pressured at all to make a purchase. He asked if we’d like a hot drink when we arrived and was around to ask if we needed help or advise.

Naveed gave me assistance: his product knowledge was fab, he helped me with the special machine for checking which bed I should have when I mentioned aches and pains, and he quickly and efficiently helped me check which items I could try and whether they were available for purchase. All his colleagues were very nice, and kind to each other which is the mark of a good store. Another colleague, and the manager assisted me when I returned to buy the item Naveed suggested, and made the process as pain-free as possible.

The store was organised well, clean and tidy. We were offered a cup of coffee whilst looking around. Kamran spoke to us about what we were looking for and pointed out the beds matching our needs and left us to try them out in our own time. There was no hard sell or interfering with our testing of beds. We asked several questions and given appropriate answers. When we decided on the bed, Kamran took our order efficiently and with good knowledge. Very pleased with our purchase.

The mattress matcher was brilliant- this gave us a list of mattresses that would be suitable in a range of prices. We were encouraged to take as much time as we needed to decide and certainly did not feel pressured to buy anything. Our son, who was initially not keen on looking at beds, was included and thoroughly enjoyed himself!
