Dreams - Luton

My girlfriend and I were helped from the minute we walked through the door. Any questions we had were asked but we were also left to decide for ourself what we wanted. Very friendly staff.

Our experience at Dreams Luton was indeed an absolute Dream - a sweet one.The service was second to none and in particular Nada looked after us. George greeted us with the family @ Dreams and he introduced us to Nada and the team. George & Nada made my young boys comfortable and then made our shop at Dreams so much more seamless. The service was extremely professional for which Nada went the extra mile to ensure we were fully comfortable with our choice of bed. The sales approach from Dreams was subtle and not pushy to close the deal. It reassured both my wife and i that our investment was to be processed with Nada & the Luton branch. Nada and the Dreams Luton team deserve all the credit and are a pure asset to the dreams brand. On the contrary we did previously visit Dreams Milton Keynes and were given the worst experience. Excellent service from George and his team at Luton. They could not have been more helpful, gave us plenty of time and info and were nice to our kids!

On arrival we were welcomed into the store and offered drinks. The sales rep Jackie was extremely friendly and informative about the products. She gave us time to have a look and came back with lots of information about the beds we were looking at. She then gave us more time to think things over. We came back to the store later after viewing the Benson's store next door, finding their the level of service to be very intrusive and unwelcoming, once we came back to the store we were the greeted by George who helped us make our decision and completed our purchase giving us lots of help and information in a friendly manor. Overall our experience shopping at dreams was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to our family and friends.

Went in to look at a new mattress. We were approached by Jackie who quickly sought to understand our needs and showed us relevant products. She was very knowledgable and was able to help demonstrate the various products on offer. After this she left us alone to discuss between ourselves, with a very nice cup of coffee! Once we had made a decision, the speed to process the order was quick and hassle free. An effortless and personal experience.
