The service provided as soon as we walked in was excellent. We were asked if we needed assistance and then taken to do the test for the type of bed we needed which was very insightful. Then we got to test the beds in our own time and offered drinks a few times as well. Overall a good shopping experience.

Unfortunately I had forgotten the name of the bed base I had selected. Sufiya tried to assist but I had to return to the car to the car for glasses to look it up on the web site. Sufiya had been right in her identification but made no comment as such and was very professional.

Jackie helped me find the perfect mattress and she was very knowledgeable about all the products in store.
