Friendliness of staff. Staff were not overpowering to sell but did take effort to make sure the product was correct and answered any questions when needed. Also the store has good, free parking.

We were highly satisfied with the service we were given, the whole experience ensured we have ordered a new mattress that suits both of us totally and I can't wait for it to be delivered. Jackie welcomed us into the store and made sure we were comfortable, allowing us enough time to try out the mattresses to ensure we made the right choice. She even brought us tea in bed! Happy days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nada even looked after the our 19 month son whilst we had our ideal mattress test.

We were looking for double beds for both of our children with storage for a mattress underneath one, and drawers in the other. A lady by the name of Jackie immediately came over and offered her assistance. We explained what we needed and she took us straight away to look at the options. Our 11 year old son has Aspergers Syndrome, he can sometimes feel overwhelmed in shops, however she made him feel very comfortable. We found what we were looking for with this ladies help and placed an order for 2 double beds, decent mattresses and a headboard. Shame about the 5/6 week lead time though!

The service was excellent, the lady was full of knowledge. We did not feel pressured to buy, was given time to get a feel of all recommended beds. A very pleasant experience.

Aya at Luton helped us. He was fantastic. He didn’t push, he asked if he could help. Showed us some mattresses to try, offered a cup of tea and left us. Then came back and helped advise based on our feedback. Well done
