Well looked after. Staff well knowledged on products. Friendly and polite

The store assistant was amazing. She helped us with picking out the right mattress for us in a way that wasn't intrusive or pushy. She have us time on our own to discuss different options and was on hand to help whenever we needed it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the start, on leaving it was like we were old friends! Good price , we got free pillows and free delivery, very happy with whole experience.

Asked where the product I was interested in Did not push me stepped back, when I wanted to decide for my self. He knew answers to all I wanted to know I even left premises to see if I could get better deal else where, when l came back looked again, got more info was made a lovely cup of coffee.

George was very knowledgeable about beds and headboards and volunteered additional information about a variety of products and their prices.

Great service and friendly

From entering the store the service was excellent I explained the problem I was having sleeping and was soon shown a good choice of beds to lay on and try out. There was no pressure of time we were offered a cup of tea and had a chat to Jackie in store I was so impressed I came back the next day to purchase.

Sale staff allowed me to look round before offering help and not just jump on me the moment I entered the store. Very friendly staff who offered help whilst helping other customers and getting other staff members to see to my needs. All staff members had a smile on their faces and offering beverages. Staff easy to talk to and listened to my requirements.

The assistant (Jackie) was very welcoming and took time to discover our needs. At no time did we feel we were be pressurised into making a purchase but at the same time we received her undivided attention. It was clear that she was well versed in the range and the options available. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience which went a long way to being happy with the decisions we made.
