Very good knowledge & Kamran remembered exactly the products I’d expressed interest in on a visit 2 months earlier.

Jackie was extremely friendly and helpful, we'd always been on a mattress given to us by a friend or family member so had never bought anything that wasn't second hand. Jackie put us straight on the dreams xbox thing and put in our details which gave us some mattresses that suited our needs. She then took us to the mattresses and gave us a pillow of which was simliar to the one we would use at home. It made choosing a whole lot easier. As for the bed, I wanted certain things and my husband wanted certain things and in the end I think Jackie helped us find something that worked for us both.

employee was highly helpful, he did not pressure us into buying anything we didn't want / need, provided us with many different options to pay. was generally polite and understudying. took an interest in our personal lives

I feel that the level of customer service that I received was outstanding. I was greeted in a friendly manner and the products were explained to me in great detail. The Dreams Colleague was named Aya and he was exceptionally knowledgeable in the products available to me. He was also friendly and approachable. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase at any point. Following my consultation, Aya supported me in reaching a decision regarding bed, mattress and pillow choice. I was given a quotation which I then took home to share with my daughter. I then returned to the store and placed my order with Aya. All of the staff employed at the Dreams Luton store were very friendly and following my purchase, my daughter and son-in-law placed theirs. I would most definitely recommend Dreams in Luton again. Thank you your staff are to be commended.

I was explained in detail about the product tried her best to get it on finance but was turned down twice but she tried her level best which was kind of her in the end my father paid for it
