Dreams - Luton

Amazing staff, especially Jackie, couldn't do enough for us and I would recommend this dreams store solely because of her. Staff very friendly and patient. Didn't feel pressured into anything at all and wasn't followed around whilst browsing which is 10/10 for me. Staff made me feel very welcomed and they were the best part of my experience in this dreams store.

Highly customer focused team, were awaiting for the salesman Kamran, we were offered coffee, anything else they can help us with, even Kamram came over and explained he will be with us as soon as he is finished with his customer. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for bed related products. Please do pass our comments to the senior team and the store Team.

We live quite far away from Dreams in Luton, we are for instance much closer to Stevenage, but we received such shocking service in Stevenage we left and drove to Luton, this was 8 years ago when we bought our Tempur mattress, (Think Pretty Woman, thats how we were treated in Stevenage) we returned 4 years ago to buy a new bed frame, and happy to see the same menber of staff was still there this time too. Now that shows a great team, long serving staff. The store manager George i think, was also hilarious, loved him, and our espresso in a mug hehe Thank you dreams team in Luton, we will be back again.

The sales person Ayatolla did a fanstastic job helping me with my purchase and saw it through to the end brilliant service only reason I bought the bed !!

The sales assistant was attentive and very knowledgeable

Kamran was polite knowledgeable and efficient. He used a machine to identify what mattress I needed and explained how it worked. I was offered a coffee and all the staff were friendly.

I was very happy with the service provided by a staff member called Kamran. He was really helpful from the moment i entered the store. He was very calm and paced during explanation of products and advise giving. Really happy

The store was immaculate and the staff professional and friendly, our impression was that our sales assistant had not been at the store long, however this did not take away the fact that he was knowledgable about the product we were after and if he was not sure about anything he checked with other members of staff. This gave us every confidence in his ability and we were happy that he was providing us very good service. We were offered coffee whilst we were making up our minds and we did not feel pressured in any way which made us happy to ask any questions knowing that staff were there to help. Overall it was a very pleasurable way to spend our money :-)

Good customer seervicscand very knowledgable

I was served promptly and Nada was very helpful, even when I changed my mind a few times on delivery dates. Also was given a very nice cup of coffee..
