Nav was quick to welcome us, listened to what we were looking for and helped us find what we needed

The one in Luton hatters way is excellent very helpful and polite.

The assistant was very helpful, polite and friendly but without harassing us. We were able to look around in peace at our own speed but new if we required help it was available.

We went to the Luton Hatters way store. Jacqueline help us choose the right bed as she did the time before. She was very helpful and offered us tea. She went round the store showing us the options. And did not hurry us up even though she was finishing soon. And stayed till thy he bed was sorted out. I hope she is still there next time we need a bed.

Very polite and knowledgeable salesperson. Went on the bed 'thingy' to determine our ideal mattress. This narrowed it down to four which we tried. All good. Aftersales service explained and purchased together with mattress topper and pillows. Very happy customer!
