The Manager greeted us as soon as we entered. Staff were available straight away. The staff were excellent answered all our questions. The purchase of our bed was easy. The Manager made sure that the staff that was dealing with us make everything simple and straight. Excellent Manager was actually cleaning the store windows when we entered the store. Not many managers do that lol. Great humble man as well as a great manager.. 😃

I had no real idea of exactly which mattress I wanted but I explained my sleep pattern, took part in the testing equipment and tried several mattresses. Say, the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and offered good advice and the whole experience was very enjoyable

The shop assistant Jackie came over to us after only a few minutes in the store and asked what we were looking for. We explained a new mattress and bed frame. Jackie explained about the new technology designed to help find the perfect mattress. She went over the instructions and then left us on the machine. After it finished, she came straight back and took the print out and took us to each mattress marked on the list. We chose a pillow each and went around the store as Jackie explained each mattress in detail. She left us to mattress hop until we could agree on the right fit. I viewed the ottoman bed frame that we wanted and she showed me how easy it was to operate, which was very helpful. Jackie was also very friendly and personable. She made the experience fun! It didn't take long to go through the ordering process, which was great.

I found the whole experience to be extremely easy, and I liked the fact that one was not jumped on as soon as you walked through the door. The staff where friendly and professional, and listened and explained things in a clear and concise manner. We were not rushed to make any decisions and felt that we were treated with respect and the gentleman that assisted us was spot on with his knowledge and advise

Store was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and made me welcome. Delivery of my sofa could be arranged as soon as in 2 weeks time! Which is incredible as I have experience waiting for months from other retailers. In addition, Dream is the only one retailer who met all my requirements regarding measurements and features I needed my sofa to have.

The sales rep are knowledgeable, very accomodating and friendly. The product is very good and it speaks for its price. Delivery is very quick.

Jackie, from the Luton store, was fantastic. She had exceptional knowledge and really listened and understood what we needed. She wasn’t st all pushy and we felt fully confident she understood what each mattress could provide. We’ve been to lots of bed shops but this was, by far, our best experience
