Nada the assistant that we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products ,listened to what we required and took us in the right direction showing us various options at various prices with a pleasant attitude. Nada was also very clear when we were placing our order about delivery dates etc. and other options that Dreams offer, an asset to this store.

The team were super friendly! Very relatable and very helpful. Make sure you keep that team there no matter what! Promote them if you have to, if they represent the company culture then your company would definitely keep them happy as employees!

Staff were informed, friendly and gave me space to view products. They offered me a supportive pillow as well to try out whilst testing mattresses. Very professional.

We came into Dreams a few months ago to browser for new beds for my parents and us as we were buying a new house. We liked some of the beds but found them very expensive so left this until we purchase the house. When we went back the store manager remembered us and also did the sale person and put together a really good package. They offered us drinks and help with an enquire about our old bed which we bought from dreams. Staff were all knowledgable and respectful - but also knew how to have a laugh and joke about things.

We found the experience of choosing a new bed for ourselves stress free... Assistant Jacqueline lead us through the process in a professional way while giving us appropriate choices and listening to our needs.. Feel we came away from the store very satisfied with our purchase and not broke in the bank balance..... Can't wait for our bed to arrive and I don't even have to put it together!! Bonus

Lots of attention in store. Were offered a coffee too! The sales assistance gave us lots of help and answered all our questions without hesitation.
