Nada at the Luton store was very helpful and polite. She clearly had a lot of knowledge about the items we ordered.

The member of staff, Kamran, was extremely attentive without us feeling like there was pressure to purchase. He kindly provided us with a tape measure, pricing and information and helped us feel confident in making our purchase decision. The store was well laid out, clearly sign posted and very clean.

I had a good idea what mattress to buy, but with the help in store it made it a hassle free experience.

The sales assistance Nada was very helpful she approached us with a smile and told us about the bank holiday offer and she was very approachable once we made our mind about the bed we wanted to purchase, she was knowledgeable and built a good rapport with me and my husband

I needed a particular height of single bed and quick delivery due to my husband illness I saw a lady called Jackie who checked a few ones that were suitable and checked availability for me She was dry helpful and understanding

My husband first came to the store one evening and spoke to Karam. He told him what our intentions to purchase were and Kamran gave all the details and prices in a booklet and said to return on the Bank Holiday as may get a better deal. We returned on bank holiday Monday as a family, with our 2 young children. We were greeted in store and shown to the mattress machine. The store manager - George came to show us our results and spent time with us whilst we found the perfect mattress for us. He put the TV on for pur children to watch whilst we discussed our options and wishes with him. We were placing our order when Kamran came into store and took over the order alongside George. Both were informative and patient with us and made the whole process very satisfying.
