The assistant was wonderful. Name:Komar. He helped us with using the "trial bed" and showed us and explained to us the differences and he held back for us to decide but watched us to ensure that he was available when we might need him. He also helped when we arrived home when we had a further query. He was Very, very good.

I was so impressed with the sales agent - wish I had taken note of her name. She was very friendly and not at all pushy. She gave very good advice throughout the sale.

I had Aya served me I found him very knowledgeable about the products, he understood my needs and was able to show me a wide range of products that met my needs. I found him friendly and helpful without being over familiar which seems to be the problem with a lot of sales assistants. I would definitely go back to dreams and I would certainly be interested in other products in the future.

George was very helpful without being pushy, and gave us every opportunity to make our own choice in our own time.

Team in shop were very helpful product look good quality as of the time of writing my bef has yet to be delivered so I can’t say much further
