Efficient service, coffee friendly tram

Went into store. Brilliant service, went onto the bed-match machine they had in store. Got brilliant service, offered a hot drink during service which tasted awesome too.

I went to your Luton branch and was assisted by a lovely lady called Sofi. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She went through all the mattresses and explained which one would be the right choice for me. She made me a well needed coffee whilst I was going through all the options. I am really pleased with my purchase and already decided to go back for further purchase very soon. She's a great asset to your business.

Assistant was very knowledgeable spent time with us and informed us of what is selling much better than others we did buy pillows as well and tried them out last night very happy with our purchase.

Nav greeted us at the door. His knowledge of the products that we were interested in was excellent. He was helpful and charming but not overly intrusive while we tested out various mattresses.

The service was fast and friendly and relaxed. I did not feel presured to buy anything I did not want or a higher price item etc.

We visited the store at Hatters Way retail park twice and got served by Jackie both times, she remembered us. She talked through the mattresses that suited us, there was no pressure to commit. Absolutely fantastic service, initially we just wanted a mattress but ended up getting a new bed frame too.

Great customer service from Sofi and the team. Really happy. Looking forward to my bed coming!

We were served by Naveed Shaqoor at the Luton store and he was amazing, attentive, and really interested in working out what our requirements were. His customer service and friendliness were second to none and he is a credit to both the store and company. He made an experience that could have been difficult and confusing with all the options available a completely enjoyable one.
