Dreams - Luton

I visited the Luton Dreams store today, and was extremely happy with the service provided. I was greeted by Naveed who was very friendly and helpful, his attitude and approach really reassured me that I was getting the right deal and at no point did I feel pressured into the sale. He gave me very honest and helpful advice about all my options and took the time to go through the different bed styles and mattresses in my price range. I am so happy with my purchase today and can’t thank Naveed enough for all his help!

First class service the sale assistant went the extra mile to help us find the perfect bed mattress for us very impressed how he looked after us and assisted us rather then forcing us to buy

George the store manager took his time to go through the sleep assessment and then took me round to try the different mattress that matched the results. I did not feel pushed to make a purchase and was given time to make up my mind about what I wanted. Friendly service!

We were just shopping around with a view to purchase, then look at our options. However the sales assistant was not pushy, very attentative and with the time he spent with us he understood our needs and advised us accordingly on several options. This finally lead us to an impulse purchase due to the help we received from the sale man.

I was buying a TV bed for my son's 16th birthday and we were served by Nav who helped my son select a mattress and choose the right bed for him, even answering questions about how he could attach his PS$. Professional and courteous service throughout the Luton Hatters Way store and this is my second significant bed and mattress purchase from this store. I went back because they were so helpful. Thank you.

The salesman Aya was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. He made us feel welcome and at home.

The product met my requirement. Naveed was brilliant! Helped me on 3 different visit to make the right choice. Wasn’t pushy and had good knowledge of the products I was asking questions about.

We planned to visit the store and order a bed eventhough online it stated the bed we were thinking of buying was not on display at our local store. We were greated quickly when enterting the store and when mentioning the bedframe we liked Nada instantly said that the bed is on display and took us over to look at it. After having a look around we found Nada and said we would like to purchase the bed. Her service was amazing, she made the process very enjoyable and helped us feel excited about purchasing the bed for our first home!

The 2 salespeople George and Jackie were highly professional and knowledgeable. No pressure but polite and helpful Pleasure to deal with
