The staff are friendly and confident with selling the right products to their customers. Very pleasant experience and will deffinately return for anything else.

Kamran our sales advisor was very attentive and listened to what we wanted. He also explained the differences between each mattress. He then gave us time on our own to make up our mind which bed to buy.

Aya the Dreams colleague was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Dreams products and what was best for us. Plus the free Tempur pillows were an added bonus

Best customer service I have experienced in Dreams. When paying for the item he also gave us tea and drinks which was so kind of him.
