I had an idea of what I needed and Kam and Jackie at the store were extremely helpful recommending an alternative mattress as the mattress I had purchased previously from you had been discontinued. Very friendly, very efficient and extremely helpful.

I had been looking at beds on-line and was getting a bit confused - Jackie served us and she was so friendly - and when we said we were on a budget she told us about ex-display items and couldn't have been more helpful - she also arranged delivery with a local company for the very same afternoon - very impressed with the service given

The customer service was great and staff took time to show other products on offer. Staff took time to explore all options available with products and this supported my decision making. Friendly team and felt well supported.

The staff member who served me (Jackie) was really helpful and friendly. I’d spoken to her earlier in the day as I had originally wanted another bed I’d seen a month ago but was no longer available. She told me to come to the store as she had a different one I’d like and she was right. She arranged delivery within a few days which was really important to me as I have visitors arriving.

Very freindly and helpful

On my visit to the store I received a high level service. The staff listened to my needs and used a computer to find the best option for me. Then the bed was shown to me and I was able to try it.

The sales assistant was very helpful, and not at all pushing us to buy. We had the 3 minute computerised test, which allowed the assistant to show us appropriate matresses, we found this very helpful, especially as we've made mistakes in the past. Looking forward to a good night's sleep, with the option of the 30 day try out to be sure.

The gentleman that served us (Naveed) was very professional, really took the time to find out what's best for us and our budget. He took care of the prices from start to finish and both me and my wife were thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.
