The assistant, Jackie, was friendly and courteous and offered all the help we required

The assistant was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly and made buying a new bed a good experience

The sales person was extremely helpful, spent time to help us choose the right bed, wasn't at all pushy and had a great understanding of our requirements in the purchase of our new bed.

I have been served by Mr.Nav. I found Nav and his colleague both were very helpful and polite. They also offered me drink which I was not expecting. I am highly satisfied with the service and i will definitely refer my friends and family to this store.

We arrived and were quickly approached by a wonderful man, Kamran, to ask if we needed assistance. He was friendly, and instantly put us at ease. He demonstrated fantastic product knowledge and made a lovely cup of tea :-) I was particularly impressed with the attention he gave us throughout our experience even though he also had to deal with other customers. He did rush or pressure us, and listened to our needs to ensure we made the right decision on our mattress. He was the reason our experience was so positive. He is a fantastic member of your team in Luton.

The gentle man that served us was very helpful,but most importantly he did not pressurize us in any way.

When I arrived in store I was greeted by the sales manager (George) who was very friendly particularly when realising that I had no idea what I was looking for. After talking me through the basic options he helped to find out what type of mattress would suit me, and made me a cup of tea while I waited. I was then handed over to another sales advisor (Jackie) who took me through all of the recommend options for me. Jackie was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and allowed me sufficient time to make my own choices whilst also being readily available for advice. At no point did I feel pressured to choose outside of my budget, and was able to make a choice which I was satisfied with.

The lady who helped us with our order was very friendly and knowledgable about the product we were looking for.

when visiting the store in luton i wasn't pounced on as soon as i walked in the door, welcomed and once i explained i was looking for a double sized mattress but didn't know a thing about mattress type or comfort grade i was kindly welcomed to try the mattress machine to scan the way i played and would pick the best type of mattress for me, the man looking after me (kaman) offered me a drink and talked me through my options, listening to my budget, we norrowed it down to 2 beds and he allowed me space and time to lay on them for as long as i needed to choose which one was right for me, i didn't feel hurried or pressured to buy on that day or even in store, i did end up buying and will look forward to a great nights sleep with my new comfortable mattress
