Jackie was warm, friendly and didn't push for a sale. She appeared genuinely interested in helping me. She shared her knowledge which was useful in understanding the differences between products. She got me to use the 'sleep match' bed which guided my purchase too and it was an interesting addition to my visit to the store. Jackie also got me a cup of tea and was happy to provide me a quote and leave the store to measure up before returning to purchase. I had a great shopping experience and Jackie was a delight to deal with.
