When I came in the store I was stress becasue my family is coming from then carribean on Monday to visit. So I was looking for a mattress I went to the other store next by to see there offer I was not satisfied so it leave me with two other places to visit. Dreams was my second out of three place and I got the mattress here. George greeted me and my stress was gone. As he explain a lot about the mattress to me and his service was so great. He understand my need and act to suit. This service was highly satisfying..

I was pleasantly surprised that when I entered the store was greeted my the manager who ask if he could help or was I just browsing. when I explained what I was looking for he was very helpful invited me to try the sleepmatch . Afterwards he introduced me to Naveed to assist me with the choice of mattresses that would suit me. Naveed was very knowledgeable about mattresses, he allowed me to test many without pressuring me to make a purchase. He was able to answer all my questions enabling me to make a choice of which mattress would suit my needs.. Due to him I returned the next day and purchased Nature's Finest 4500 D Mattress Medium. The member of staff who dealt with me on that day Jackie was also helpful. Beats shopping on line any day.

Both staff at this store were most helpful Jackie and George. We were offered drinks when we arrived, discussed our requirements given the chance to use the mattress selector machine which proved to give the same results as Jackie had advised originally. Very satisfied.

The salesman was very understanding and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.

The assistant knew everything about all the products I was looking at and was very helpful, and helped me make the right choice for me ,very pleased.
