We were looking for a new bed and bed frame. We were helped throughout by Dominic in Luton in trying and selecting the right mattress. He was generally very helpful in selection, delivery and knowledge overall. We actually did not buy the same day as we wished to think about what size bed we were after and after measuring at home returned and brought the superking instead. Very happy.

Kamran was so helpful he answered every questions with confidence we went on the machine to check which matress was suitable for our needs and we try about four different ones

Nav was extremely helpful without being pushy and he gave us choices taking into account that the bed was for guest purposes only. He also makes great coffee!

The lady in the dreams luton store was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our enquiries and was very helpful and patient on helping us and letting us try mattresses. In the end we found what we needed and even bought some pillows and duvets that were on offer during that time.
