Given the help that we required but without pushy sales people, plenty of time and space to look around

I was greeted warmly by staff and taken through the options for my order. I was advised not to buy the mattress protectors I had intended to purchase but to get a guarantee on my products to be then given a higher quality mattress protector

Jackie was very knowledgeable and took us through the Dreams bed diagnostic machine, she was very patient and left us to make a decision on the mattresses we tested, overall Jackie could not have done more to assist us in making a choice of mattress and when we finally made our decision she placed our order and advised of the delivery date. Keep up the good work Jackie it made our visit very pleasurable.
