Nav was fantastic, i didn't know what i needed but he helped me figure out what i needed, took me around the store and helped me reach the best conclusion. He was really thorough and welcoming and it wasn't a hard sell, he was just very thorough

Over all good service

We were approached by Nav who listened to our needs and used the sleepmatch bed in store to identify which mattress was suitable for our needs. We tried the beds suggested then came back later 9n in the afternoon to try the bed we liked then made the decision to buy it. We were asked about if we needed a frame/headboard but we were only interested in purchasing a mattress as when we redecorate our bedroom we will change it then. Nav was not pushy at all and gave us sound advice which was why we purchased the mattress.

Overall the customer service provided by Nav & Kam was brilliant, they both gave us comprehensive information so that we could make the best choice for the rooms we were buying the furniture for. They were able to make sure we got the best deal for our purchase and were really friendly.

Excellent customer service. The speed in which I bought my ideal mattress was great! The rep. was courteous and had good product knowledge. An amazing calm voice! I tried three mattresses so I could compare what would best be suitable. The price of the mattress was brilliant! Due to the sale. All round. Happy Customer. Please keep your stores open as they bring a personal touch.

Super nice and professional sales staff - customer service the way it’s supposed to be! Good range of products and a customer service rep (Naav in the Luton store) who really knows the products. Love the analysis machine which popped out good recommendations. Came back 2 days later to buy and was well taken care of by 2 different colleagues. Good range of products too.
