Aya was very helpful, explained all the options and didn't make us feel pressurised at all. Was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Layout in the store was great to enable comparisons of different bed types. Never thought I'd enjoy buying a mattress so much!

The sales person (Kamran) was extremely knowledgeable and gave us exactly the right amount of time. Not too pushy, but plenty of information to know what to look for. I liked that he gave us information and then left us to look around.

The employee Naveed was very helpful, he helped me choose the right mattress for me. Deserves appraisal.

We were greeted by sales assistant and asked our questions. we were then guided to an experience to answer our questions and to make the perfect fit for a mattress. We were then explained by the assistant and tried 3 beds as to our perfect fit. There was no pressure from the assistant to buy the most expensive or the cheapest, which we found refreshing. The experience was very good leading us to decide to purchase a bed and a mattress, which was not our intent when entering the store. We would like to thank the assistant for their assistance in finding our perfect bed for a good nights sleep .

Customer service colleague was not too pushy but still there to advise and support our choices. She listened to our issues ( I have a bad back) and showed products which met our needs. Having a cup of tea really helped as we were in there a while so it was welcome . We did not feel rushed and had plenty of time to try the bed and she was friendly and interested in us . Good old fashioned service with a smile ! Choice of beds and pillows was good , easy parking and store was light, airy and clean.

Jackie was really helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain the different mattresses until we found the one suitable for our needs, we were impressed

The assistants Kamran and George were both very attentive. They did not over crowd us but ensured we had enough time to view the products suggested. They also listened well to our needs. Great assistants
