I made it clear to Sarah that I was only browsing. Knowing this, she still spent time with me finding out what I need. I was really impressed with her approach. I wasnt pressured to do anything or make a purchase. She asked me who the bed was for, I told her its for my 2 girls. She then started building a rapport with me. Nothing intrusive, enough for me to figure out for myself what I am after. She showed me a few bunk beds, with the spec I wanted. On the second visit, Sarah remembered me and started asking me how my kids were. For a consultant to ask how my kids were, the whole experience felt amazing and personal. Because of this, I was sure that I was going to give Sarah my business. Naveed approached and starting helping Sarah to check stock. When 2 consultants serve 1 customer, it can get intimidating. Not in this case. I never experienced this level of service before. Absolutly amazing. Both Sarah and Nav made this transaction quick, painless and enjoyable. Honestly it didnt even feel like I was spending money, it felt like I was conversing with friends. Its not the worlds biggest order, however the service i recieved from both collegues was impeccable.

Good customer service and great access to products delivery time was available for a week later but that was even too quick for me!

We were allowed to browse and look at products without being pressurised by staff who did explain when we asked about price ranges and combinations of bedding.

Me and my husband were looking for a new mattress and Naveed talk us through the process of sleep match and it waa perfect for us. We manage to get a perfect fit for us. Naveed was very professional and friendly.
