We recently brought a new Mattress from the Luton Store. Naveed was extremely polite and professional whilst helping us select a new mattress. He was very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We had 2 young children with us, and all the staff made us all feel welcome and at ease in the store. The Store Manager, was also very friendly and we really appreciated all the help and advise they provided. These colleagues are an absolute credit to your company

We were served by Sarah which was very polite and she advised us to usa a machine to know what sutes us best. Then she showed us every matress and was very attentive with us. She even bring baloons for our kids to play so we can look around
