friendly staff ease of picking our mattress quick friendly sale

Visited store on Saturday browsing and was approached on a half lap, so not too pushy, offered tea or coffee, and given advise Went away with thoughts. Visited again on the Sunday and the same salesman very friendly again with the offer of tea and coffee and still not pushy. On this we felt we could quite happily take our time. Because the salesman was polite, friendly and not pushy thought we would buy a bed and he deserved the sale.

Had an opportunity to use the bed machine which really helped me to make my choice with the help of the salesman.

I was a HIGHLY SATISFIED with my experience at Dreams to due to the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Aya allowed me to walk around the store first before assisting me ( which took pressure off), he was never once put pressure on me to buy a mattress he was very patient when I was trying out several mattresses and going back and fort, he listened to my budget and got my the best deal and took into consideration the mattress that was right for me.

I purchased my bed from the luton store via Naveed, he was so kind, knowledgeable and worked within our budget. His colleague processed the sale as Naveed was dealing with another customer, his colleague order the bed in the wrong colour. When I got home I realised the bed was ordered in the wrong colour, I called the store and Naveed resolved the issue in 5 minute and followed this up with a phone call and email confirmation. Human error happens sometimes but I'm gald that Naveed was able to resolve the issue and make me feel confident that all was sort. Naveed has fantastic customer service skills, I experience this first hand but I also saw how he dealt with other customers. Naveed is an asset to the Dreams company- treat him well.

The gentleman was really lovely and helpful. We saw him two days in a row to make sure we had made the right decision. They even brought a balloon out to keep my daughter entertained whilst we made our decision. And had two lovely hot drinks made! Felt very welcome and staff were lovely and helpful!

I have bought goods from dreams in the past and at present I’m very pleased with the goods and service. I will definitely use dreams in the future and recommend it to family and friends.

The staff were helpful and knowledgable. There was a good balance between offering advice and support and time look around alone. Good range of products.

We were greeted very well by the store manager George and the fact there was no pressure whilst browsing around the store. Also member of staff Naveed was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful to guide us in buying the correct product best suited for our needs. His attitude was very friendly and ensuring we are purchasing the correct products.
