Well organised and presented store, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and a surprisingly quick delivery time

Nice beds, the assistant was even more nicer and willing to suggest discounted items. Very helpful with everything, she asked us for a cup of tea while looking at the beds, once I had made up my mind all the process was a piece of cake. I don't even remember anything else but a nice experience while In the shop, the assistant very good and friendly and speedy with the order, the store manager was friendly and joking with me. Very quickly delivery. Ordered it on the Sunday and we had it delivered to us by the Wednesday and staff were very helpful.

Second time I have made a purchase at this store. Lady who helped us was very good at guiding us through the products but also giving us enough time alone to discuss our options. Unusually in this day and age, he listened to our requirements, recognised our budget and made highly appropriate recommendations. Although we spent significantly more than anticipated, this was because Kamran explained clearly the difference between models we had seen on the internet and the ones we actually purchased. Consequently, we had no feelings of being pushed into a more expensive purchase.
