The sales assistant was superb and made ordering our new bed very easy. His name was Aya.

Couple of points where I felt you excelled. The assistant who advised me was extremely friendly and helpful. I also felt he was honest and wanted to ensure I got the best product for my needs. In addition the follow up for the delivery was excellent and I was fully informed of when I could expect my mattress. The team that delivered the mattress was also excellent. They were efficient and very helpful. Everyone did a great job and I will be more than happy to recommend Dreams to my friends/family. Based upon the service I received I will most definitely use Dreams again should the need arise.

Aya was a fantastic assistant. Very knowledgeable in all products, friendly and gave us good suggestions and advice. After an introduction to your products he left us to browse without being ‘hounded’ as other companies seem to do. He then came back to help us with our final decision. Aya gave us exceptional customer service and all the staff in the store were knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Dreams store.
