We found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Jackie was our sales assistant t and she was very attentive to our needs. She showed excellent expertise in your products. She made valid suggestions that helped us make up our mind. We went in store looking for a new double mattress and came out with a king size bed and mattress plus 2 pillows instead. Now that's what I call a good salesperson! And all without being at all pushy (we wouldn't have bought if she was to be honest)

We are visiting store from last three month. Staff are very friendly and helpful how to choose suitable mattress and beds.

OMG!!! We received an exceptional service. We were initially served by a young man named Ralph. He made us feel welcome and talked us through what was available including discounts, then he gave us personal space to make a decision as a family. We were then served by Aya who processed the order efficiently. I would certainly recommend Dreams Luton to anyone anytime. Thank u for your hospitality.

Advised in what bed we needed and tested for mattress we needed on machine then showed and tested many items and pillows to our needs the lady we dealt with even made tea and coffee and made our one year old daughter feel more than welcome

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because when i went into the store, Nav firstly offered me and my partner a drink. Then he asked us if he could help us with anything and we told him we only wanted a mattress so he told us about the SleepMatch device which we used and it gave us some really good results. Unfortunately most of the recommendations were out of our price range so Nav showed us some other options that were just as good. I was torn between two mattresses where the more expensive one was more comfortable but he didn't pressure me to take the high price product at all. In fact he didn't act like a typical sales man at all which usually puts me off. I then spoke to my partner and we decided to go for the more expensive mattress as it's an investment in our quality of sleep. Nav then went through the sales process with us which was very quick and simple, he even threw in free pillows and a mattress cover which was nice of him! He then also spoke to me about what I do for work and even gave me some advice based on his cousin who's in the same field. I really appreciated the fact that Nav took the time to build rapport with me and didn't pressure me.

Kam was a very good helper he was always there no matter what we needed

Everything was made easy for us. Sarah helped us and she had all the answers for our questions and found a better suited bed for my daughter
