sales assistant not "pushy" knew what he was talking about was attentive and listened to what we wanted and gave good advice,then left us alone to peruse items, when we chose our mattress I caught his eye and the sale was completed promptly with no fuss

I was facing problem for finding some durable items for my kids bed room and for my self as well , so your members find the best solution for the whole family and they put me on mattress checker to check which kind of mattress suits my shoulders problems and my neck issues and they gave answers of all my questions not get irritated as I was too much worried, and on the top of that they keep kids busy while me and my husband was deciding they gave children some colouring sheets and biscuits and juices , offer us coffee, so very good customer service that's why I am highly satisfied .

quick and efficient service

It started with the meet and greet, that was very special by a young gentleman Rafael. He served us very well and also his colleague Aya. The store manager advised us also very well and was very friendly too! Their knowledge is very good so they explained everything very well . They gave us the time, nothing was in a rush. We also did the test for finding the mattress that is good for us. finally it went all very well, very smooth! Over all: service is perfect, people very kind helpful, friendly, yes we will recommend DREAMS - Luton store by friends and family!

Very friendly staff from entering the Luton store. Was allowed to wander before being approached which was refreshing. Staff listened as I know what I was looking to purchase and showed me the relevant bedframe. Another colleague showed me the mattress options and made good conversation.
