Assistant was very helpful, and catered for our exact needs, explained everything in full detail.

After stepping into the store the assistant asked us what were we looking for today. Then began to show us possible products. We tried a number of mattresses before choosing the best one for us. We were asked if we would like a coffee and was very well looked after which made for a good experience.

Good customer service

George the store manager was very attentive and really made me feel comfortable about taking my time to make the right decision. The fact that I wasn't rushed and he took the time to put me at ease really made me trust him. I felt reassured that he really wanted me to make the right decision. George was very personable and his product knowledge was spot on, which again gave me confidence to buy from him. The rest of the staff were also helpful and George seamlessly co-ordinated a team effort to get the order put through, as there were a few customers buying at the same time and the systems seem to need a little help.

Jacqueline who served us was very personable and explained everything and dealt with our transaction quickly and efficiently.

The friendless and helpfulness of staff (Naveed). His knowledge of the items in store. The cleanliness. Overall a highly enjoyable and satisfying experience

Hi Nav, assisted me from the beginning in a really nice way. He wasn't pushy, just very helpful. He actually gave me good information instead of brushing me off with lots of "well its up to your preference". That really helped me make decisions. He was polite and nice and actually listened to all the things I wanted and directed me to those beds. For instance I really wanted a bed with space underneath it so my toes wouldn't get stubbed. So overall I was very happy with his help and the service and the eventual end price and discounts that helped me make the final decision.

All staff were friendly, helpful but did not pressure us at all. They made us feel very comfortable and were able to answer any questions we had.

After excellent customer service in store from Naveed and team we returned to purchase some pillows to accompany our new bed mattress when it arrives, and once again the service was second to none, helpful staff but not pushy, our purchase and transaction was an easy pleasant experience.
